By using this website and booking freight services with JB Cargo Forwarders you agree to the following terms.
All bookings are accepted subject to rate confirmation, cargo acceptability and correct documentation provided by the consignor.
Transit indications are estimates based on normal operating conditions and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, strikes, statutory checks or carrier schedules are outside our control.
Hazardous, illegal, restricted or improperly declared goods are not accepted. The consignor is responsible for the accuracy of the declared contents.
Liability is limited to the terms agreed at the time of booking and to the carrier conditions applicable to the freight mode used.
Invoices are payable as per the agreed credit terms. Outstanding amounts may result in suspension of further bookings.
